Terms of Service(Memorial)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Still 2 Move memorial video services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Still 2 Move provides memorial video creation services using customer-provided photographs and licensed music.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Payment is required before photo upload and video creation begins.

4. Revisions Policy

Each order includes one (1) free revision. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Still 2 Move a limited license to use the photos solely for creating your memorial video.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and completed videos are automatically deleted 14 days after order completion.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days if photo upload has not been confirmed. After confirmation, no refunds are available as production begins immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Still 2 Move is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
